Please Note:- Our current turn around time for repairs (excluding Birkenstocks) is 1-2 weeks

Delivery

Delivery on shoe repairs is charged at £7.50, this covers the postage and packaging costs to return your shoes. It is your responsibility to arrange suitable postage to send your shoes to us, using a courier of your choice. All shoe repairs booked online should be sent along with your order number to:
